Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern any website design, development, and maintenance services provided by WamWebsites ("we," "us," "our") to you ("client," "you"). By hiring WamWebsites for a project, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

WamWebsites provides custom website design and development services, along with optional ongoing maintenance and hosting support. The scope of work for each project will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before work begins.

2. Payment

  • The one-time website design and build fee is due before the final site is launched or handed over.
  • If a maintenance plan is selected, the monthly fee covers hosting, minor updates, and ongoing support, and is billed automatically each month.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are agreed upon at the start of a project and will not change mid-project without the client's consent.

3. Late or Missed Payments

If a monthly maintenance payment is missed, WamWebsites will attempt to contact the client to resolve the issue. If payment is not received within a reasonable grace period, the website may be temporarily taken offline or redirected until the account is brought current. Access will be restored promptly once payment is received.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions during the design and build process, as agreed upon at the start of the project. Additional requests beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

5. Content & Materials

The client is responsible for providing any text, images, logos, or other materials needed to complete the website, unless otherwise agreed. WamWebsites is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late content from the client.

6. Ownership

Once the website design and build is paid in full, the client owns the final website and its content. WamWebsites retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

7. Maintenance Plan

The optional monthly maintenance plan includes hosting, minor content updates, and basic technical support. It does not include major redesigns, new feature development, or unrelated work, which may be quoted separately.

8. Cancellation

The client may cancel a maintenance plan at any time with written notice. Cancelling a maintenance plan does not affect ownership of a website that has already been paid for in full, though hosting and support services will end.

9. Limitation of Liability

WamWebsites will make every reasonable effort to deliver a working, reliable website, but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that the website will be free of all errors. WamWebsites is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or third-party service outages (such as hosting or domain providers).

10. Communication

WamWebsites aims to respond to client inquiries within 24 hours during normal business days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
